Ace Hospitality Services Group started as a Night Cleaning Service company. Ace Hospitality Services Group has trained specialists in many areas including floor care, carpet care, and kitchen cleaning. We have experience with multiple floor surfaces including marble, slate, tile, and flagstone in both interior and exterior settings. We are trained in carpet care for standard carpeted areas as well as delicate antique custom area rugs. Our trainers are well versed in the care and cleaning of an extensive array of kitchen equipment. Our Night Cleaning Managers have over 105 years of combined experience recruiting, developing, training, coaching and maintaining Night Cleaning Services teams.
Staffing
Ace Hospitality Services Group has the capability to hire and assist in the training of line staff and supervisors in many hotel departments including, but not limited to, Housekeeping, Public Areas, Recreation, Culinary, Uniform Room, Stewarding, Houseperson, Convention Services Set-Up, Maintenance, and Laundry Departments. Our staffing services benefit both the Food & Beverage Department and Rooms Division by keeping costs lower thus increasing profitability in the short and long term. In teaming with Ace Hospitality Services Group our hotel partners reduce time spent on recruiting and hiring line staff allowing Human Resources and Management to focus on training and accomplishing the high standards expected of the partnership we have with luxury hotel brands..
Window Cleaning
Ace Hospitality Services Group is capable of providing window cleaning services within a range of 14 feet from the floor surface. Ace Hospitality Services Group can perform this service as a regularly scheduled service or on an as needed basis. Pricing can be on an hourly or a per window basis.
Project Management – Deep Cleaning
Ace Hospitality Services Group can lead project management in cooperation with Management to deep clean guest rooms, or other areas, on a rotational basis based on a comprehensive list of cleaning tasks. (tub/shower detailing, marble sink counter polishing, carpet extraction, etc…)
Construction Clean Up
Ace Hospitality Services Group has the experience of pre-opening and renovation construction clean up. We have the ability to hire laborers to detail rooms, guest facilities, and public areas prior to opening. We are able to train housekeeping staff prior to opening and setting rooms according to specifications set by hotel management. We also have experienced staff capable of taking care of new floor materials ensuring their protection and cosmetic appeal prior to opening the facility.
